First, I wanna commend the staff and every player on the Griffins, they are an absolute wagon. Second, I searched hockeydb to see if the AHL ever had a tandem that was putting up a collective .930+ and sub 2.0 gaa, and there isn’t really a comparable precedent. If you have Gibson and Cossa in the show next year, then Postava mentoring Augustine in Grand Rapids, it would be the healthiest Detroit’s goalie pipeline has been in ages.
