I’ll forever die on the hill that we win the cup in 2013 if Barrie didn’t get taken out by that sombitch Cooke.
I get the retort to that hill, “there were better teams, this team was lucky to get there” blah blah blah. That year was magical and they were tearing through the league towards the end there, just finding their uber groove/chemistry at the start of the playoffs.
I still hold more pain watching that series than maybe any other, and we’ve had some absolutely heartbreaking losses the last 5 years before-after the cup
