    I honestly won’t be surprised if the islanders don’t make a trade. I don’t see the Carson soucy trade as a reason for concern regarding Pulock, the islanders have been struggling to find someone to stay in the line up consistently since Romanov was injured. The islanders have also been struggling to reduce high danger scoring chances. Carson soucy is a no cost temp replacement. This season was an evaluation season and islanders are not in a win now situation.

    Dubas keeps whats going on close to his chest. As a Pens fan, who's actually from Greater Vancouver, thinks Dubas may go for a higher profiled left defenseman. One that goes along with his plan….young, talented, and is part of the next 10 years, the now and see if there's one more run for Crosby & company also after the 3 retire and part of the next wave of Penguins.

    You are absolutely correct about Kindle picking up things from Crosby. Sid's has another year on his extention and after that he'll most likely play two more years. Whomever Dubas brings in will only benefit and grow being around Sid. As for Kindle being held back because of Geno, no way! Who could we get to play 2nd line center that puts up a point a game for less money? Geno will take a lesser 1 year, so 5$ mill what a steal. Kindle continues to play on 3rd line center, continues to develop, learn from Sid & co and the year after moves to 2nd line.

    What happened to the Crosby trade rumors???? Didn’t anyone think that hey, maybe to give Crosby one more playoff run he just does it with his current team?

    I think Dallas is one club, second club is Detroit and third club are Penns. All thee clubs have a good chance to do well in post season. Adding Kane is good idea due to low cost and strong body player.

    NJ should avoid Kane at all cost. Kyrou,Wright,Mangiopani would be better for them. TBL I don't think will be a SC contender. Call me crazy but something tells me they're turning into the leafs of the late 2010s
