Your best bet is sourcing the jersey blank off of ebay and then sending the jersey to Exclusive Pro Sports. They are caps official customizer or at least used to be. They can get extremely backed up though so it depends how long you have til birthday. I’ve waited almost 2 months in some cases when ive sent jerseys in.
