    Rich folks and corporate seats make up the vast majority of regular attendees at Rogers Place. Hockey isn’t for the masses anymore.

    Biased, but the new arena is pretty shit.

    I went there for a non-hockey event in November. It had one entrance, one exit; the biggest escalator I have ever seen – probably four stories high. Parking was $25.00 and a 15-minute walk away. The stairs going up to your row are also super steep, and your seat is very narrow from the row in front and behind. Food was expensive. The area around the arena is Skidrow to the max.

    Can’t wait for the new Saddledome to suck even worse!
