That's your 1st round playoff matchup folks, I think the Ducks are falling off… I believe SJS can get the 3rd position. I understand why Warso didn't challenge… because 3-0 they likely "homer" it and give EDM a PP but tempting fate and just hanging back was NOT the way to keep that dog of a team down at home! They have so much fight, you gotta hit the gas and don't stop forechecking and trying to win 8-0 in the 3rd. It seemed like everything went wrong (that could) after that unfortunate callback of the goal for 4-0, that game is a runaway freight train otherwise.
Tough loss, we had 'em… its inspiring that we're keeping up with everyone but Vegas! Anyways, we get 3 more chances to bury the OIlers.. possible 1st round matchup rivalry developing there? I think we can beat them out, and that would make McDavid wanna sign in SJS in 3 years 😉

This was a really hard loss to watch, mistakes defiantly were made, at the same time I keep reminding myself. This is a "young team" players and coach. I am so happy with how far they have come this season, this is defiantly a learning lesson for the gang. I can not imagine how much pressure they whole team feels with everything going on. I get fans frustration as well we all see the potential what can be when they are firing on cylinders and then complete breakdown happens. No matter how the season ends everyone should be proud of what the team has done, hopefully after the break they come back even stronger, The next few games are going to be very interesting to watch.
