I mean he probably knows that this front office is incompetent and if he headed into the job interview as a former Flyer and used words such as ‘culture’ and ‘play like a Flyer’ they would eat that up and the job would be his. Really starting to wonder here, because he’s doing EXACTLY the same shit that ended his tenure at his former coaching gigs.

Sucks cause I can’t see this franchise competing for shit for 10 years at least. I feel like I keep saying the same thing every year. The amount of managerial mistakes is compounding over time too
