They’ve been punching above their weight all season. I hope they make some moves for next season and dont squander their future for delusions of post season grandeur. They are not a serious playoff contender. In the team’s defense, they are sitting much better than I thought they would be at this point in the season but they’re still missing some pieces.
As Bo Horvat goes so do the Islanders go. I think Bo needs to start producing again.
The same thought that I’ve had all season still applies. The Islanders are not consistent enough to take serious and they should stay the course of retooling and not make any big impact trades.
