There’s too many “Year Zero” guys that think the rebuild hasn’t been happening. Gridin seems like a home run at #28, Wyttenbach I’m cautiously optimistic about, but is tearing it up at Quinnipiac and was leading the NCAA in scoring at last check, not bad for a D+1 fifth round pick. The Flames are going to be a lot better than the doubters give them credit for in a couple years. I think the contender window is a little further out, but as the young nucleus grows together, they’ll get better.
