  1. Hughes souffre actuellement d’une sorte de blessure au bas du corps

  2. Ce serait « une surprise » à ce stade si Hughes n’était pas prolongé

Jonas is on a very team friendly deal and is playing great keep him no reason to trade

Can’t wait to see a healthy Hughes…. If this is unhealthy Hughes.

Russo intimated during a Worst Seats that there is a reason Quinn gets off the ice the way he does (kind of lays on the edge and rolls in, when he isn’t using the door).

I really hope Hughes isn’t hurt. Crazy if he’s producing the way he is if he is hurt. I think he’s really enjoyed his time here and he’s playing with more skilled players than he ever has. Who wouldn’t enjoy that, especially when your personal stats are benefiting.

I would love to see a LD acquired at the TDL as insurance for Brodin. Maybe a guy like Olli Maata who’s fallen out of favour with the Mamoth. Trading Brodin is a no go, but his health sucks and he’s good for only 50-60 games per year it seems so there needs to be a fallback plan.

I also don’t like that Quinn is around 30 mins a game, but until the third pairing is strong enough, and Brodin or another LD is on that second pair that can eat minutes, it’s going to be the same situation for a while.

He wants a cup. He’s waited his entire career to be at the top. He only had a chance once back in 2024. I’m fairly confident that he will stay in Minnesota if it means he’s consistently on a fun team that’s vying for the cup

No one will like this. No one ever likes trade ideas. But heres one anyway:

–> Florida Panthers: Jesper Wallstedt + Ryan Hartman

    –> Minnesota: Anton Lundell

Imagine that young, big, mobile, versatile center depth for years: Lundell, Ek, Yurov, Stramel.
