    really needs five tiers

    1- **Favorite** for Deep playoff run.

    2- first round **Likely Roadkill if Even** they get in.

    3- **Purgatory** as playoffs unlikely & lottery balls hitting are fantasy (basically finishing 10th to 16th worst in NHL).

    4- **Good but Unlikely Great Pick** Outside chance at an Islanders/Schaefer Flyers/Patrick lottery win.

    5- **Successful Tank** Virtual lock for a top 5-7 pick.
