Je suis toujours enthousiasmé par la façon dont les Golden Knights de Vegas ont géré les Kings de Los Angeles… Marquer quatre buts en un peu plus de cinq minutes en première période et ouvrir le match si tôt… Ce que j’ai vraiment adoré, c’est à quel point l’effort était complet. Mark Stone était partout avec un but et deux passes décisives et Jack Eichel avait encore une fois l’air vif avec un but et une passe décisive, et Adin Hill a été solide toute la soirée, remportant sa 100e victoire en carrière avec 32 arrêts. Ce n’était pas comme si une seule ligne portait l’équipe, c’était comme si tout s’emboîteait. Des performances comme celle-là sont la raison pour laquelle j’ai toujours confiance en ce groupe. Quand Vegas joue avec ce genre de rythme et de confiance, ils sont malheureux de jouer contre eux. Battre un rival de division qui fait toujours du bien de manière convaincante, et celui-ci ressemble à un rappel de ce que cette équipe peut être lorsqu’elle est verrouillée.

We don’t lose when we get above .900 goaltending. Team scores too much.
Hill’s delivered that for us his entire career in Vegas. If he can get up to speed and just give us .900 (statistically, that would be the worst save percentage ever), we can make noise.
Yes we looked great. Everyone keeps trashing Hill but he was injured and didn’t he recently get married and have a baby over the summer? Life happens folks! In Hills mind, it’s still early November. Give him time.
I think overall, it was a solid game. We saw a lot of activity from everyone. Hill did look good.
My only ‘But keep in mind…’…we’ve had a quite a few games this season where we looked really good. We CAN look fantastic out there, even against tough teams. But can we do it night after night? Time will tell. I hope the boys headed off to Milan can keep the fire burning hot and the guys getting a break can get in the headspace to play a lot of good, consistent hockey for the next couple months.
I remember Adin having a bad game recently and everyone felt like the sky was falling
At the time we were 1st in the Pacific Division. We are still 1st place with more of a lead over the Oilers now. I knew this team would get this groove back
Basically every one of those goals was exceptional, and exactly how we looked during the first week or so of this season, before the injury carousel. Hill putting up a near shutout on 33 shots certainly didn’t hurt.
