I don't know about Riley to SJ Mike, he's slowing down now and on a young SJ team he'll look and be even slower.
I think the Leafs will be in good to drop his salary but I can't see him having success on a younger upcoming team, which ironically is the kind of team who could use his experience, so…ugh, I guess I don't know where he would fit best.

I guess a big thing for LA is how the contract negotiations go with Brandt Clarke. La has great defence already. I suppose I wouldn’t be opposed to them moving Clarke for someone like EP or thomas.
Kekäläinen taking over was huge within the Sabres locker room. Adams built a good team. But there was no pressure. When the Sabres missed the playoffs by a point a few seasons ago. No one was brought it to improve the team. Players were not pushed. They weren't benched for poor play. Or threatened to be moved if they didn't meet a standard. The only time a player was moved was if that player demanded to be traded.
Buffalo is crazy if they don't give Tuch what he needs…he's a consistent player. And how many players are you going to find who are actually fans of the Buffalo Sabres? Tuch should be treated like a franchise player for this team. You want to market a team?…there you go..
