Yep, based on the coaches comments after the game, it doesn’t sound like there’s any damage to the ligaments. Hopefully that means that he is out at most week to week.
He may take next weekend off because UND in theory should beat the team they’re playing next week, but there’s no way he’ll still be out when they play western Michigan for the nchc title in 3 weeks, and then for the « frozen faceoff » (NCAA playoffs). We’re pretty lucky as flames fans, that easily could have been another injury disaster for one of our top prospects.
