The faceoff rule should have Leon dancing. Now he can cheat to his hearts content and see if he can get away with it (he sometimes will) and when he gets caught, can cheat ever so subtly and always get away with it cause the refs will definitely never call that bench penalty.

Isn’t it a penalty in the NHL as well if the team commits a violation on the face off draw two times in a row?
The only difference is the player gets kicked out of the draw on the first violation in the NHL.
