   Frankly, he has not been good. I’ve been able to watch almost every one of their games and he’s unfortunately been disappointing.

    If the rumors are true the coach wasn’t happy with his on ice mistakes but really didn’t like bratts lack of intensity or caring

    Well… seeing as we’ve had a personnel problem and several players mentioning « we need to care »… it’s quite possible Bratt may have soured out and have an attitude.
    As unlikely as it is given he’s good friends with Nico since day 1, it’s not outside the realm of possibilities he’s checked out. From what I remember he took a good bit to make a decision on his contract too.
    The « hockey trade » could be swapping forwards involving him

    Haven’t we all suspected he was playing with a nagging injury this season? He was fine and then took a nosedive and hasn’t looked the same for sometime now. I assumed injury but stopped being laser focused on the Devils once they started hurting me on the insides

    I’d imagine he would dress if they won tomorrow but it’s not an excuse. Is he hurts are his coaches just hardo’s and benching him? Who knows.

    They sat Forsberg early too and it’s had everyone scratching their heads.
