Slovakia games are possibly the most fun to watch all tournament so far.

Boys imagine he starts to do this in the playoffs

  4. Phobos_Nyx

Not the best game by Slaf but luckily there were others who picked up the torch. Can’t believe my little Slovakia is in the semifinals on the Olympics with NHL players.

The energy he will bring back from this tournament will be unreal.

I know the other teams will have their own Olympians too, but Slaf had the most to gain.

About the best they could possibly hope for, good for them. Maybe get get another crack at Finland for a medal too.

Scary fall by Slaf there in the 2nd, hope nothing comes from it. Rooting for a Canada / Slovakia final and I will genuinely be happy with either team winning.

This is a determined team. And it’s a team that isn’t going to shrink for their next opponents. If they end up playing the US, if their lines are clicking like they have been and they get another good performance from Hlavaj, US will not have an easy time.

Germans said before the game that they know how to stop Slaf, which turned out to be true. Fortunately, they didn’t know how to stop Regenda, Kelemen and Dvorský. Amazing team effort.

Yes!!!! If Canada doesn’t take gold, I atleast want Slaf to get it

And amazingly Slafkovski only had 1 point…very balanced scoring from Slovakia

my favorite part is how /r/hockey is acting like Slaf is some kind of major revelation, like he hasn’t been breaking out all year.
