He’s so hateable on the ice but off ice he seems like such a stand up guy
I feel like Marchand can be so annoying but probably the best guy in the room if he’s on your team.
I dont know where this alledged Suzuki slander is coming from where he needs to add “regardless of what the outside says”, its not really a knock on Suzuki to have been considered the 5th best C in Canada and being miscast on the wing made him less effective. Anyone who actually watches hockey knows Nick is elite.
It’s weird because most of the guys in the team currently like Brad Marchand, Tom Wilson, Sam Bennett are so hateable. But they do be pretty good teammates, when it matters. I just wished they aren’t such douche when playing against them.
This is why Marchand is such a beauty.
We love him, regrettably, and love to hate him.
He knows, and he loves the role. Owns it like no other.
