Not a fan of the 3 on 3 OT rules. Better than going to shootout right away but I’d like to see some real hockey to try to settle it first. It’s exciting but there’s a reason the NHL doesn’t do this when it matters.

Finland was a lot stronger than the Swiss for at least 2/3 of the game. However, the game was fun to watch and very intense. Fiala was missed badly, so was Malgin. It‘s just a matter of fact that you need a more than perfect day to beat an all-NHL squad as a „smaller country“. The quality of this tournament is so much higher than when they play World Championships.
