Would love Hughes but he doesn’t exactly fix our faceoff prevents he issue…I think that price is too steep. I’m fine with those players but two first rounds seems excessive. Yurov is gonna be a top six players, jiricek needs work but still has potential, and Heidt has some top six maybe middle six upside. All high picks when they were chosen too.

Devils fans are already upset they failed to get Quinn Hughes. How do you think they would react to the Devils trading Jack Hughes to the team that beat them out for Quinn. I dont see it happening for any price thats reasonable for that reason 😂 I am very open to being wrong however. If it does happen my prediction would be for Wallstedt, Stramel, Jiricek, and a 2027 1st

My guess is the big move they are referring to is moving Dougie Hamilton. He has been rumored to be available since Luke has been on the team
Seeing him play at the Olympics I’m more willing to overlook the faceoff and injury issues. Him with Kaprizov would be untouchable and I’d empty the farm, Wallstedt, Stramel, Jircek, 1st. Doubt he’s available though and Hischier would be great too

Yeah we want Jack. The chemistry between him and Quinn is magic. How can you not try to get him? Don't leave Luke hanging either.
So realistically if the Devils do trade Jack, they will probably move Luke with him which increases the offer back by a lot (all 3 brothers which means they all stay). So, is Minny looking to trade Boldy, Brodin, Jiricek and probably either Yurov or Stramel and maybe even a 1st? I don't think they will do it even though it guarantees Quinn staying but if I'm the Devils, they would be better off waiting until after next year when maybe Quinn just comes to NJ as a FA.

give them Wallstedt, Stramel , Brodin or spurgeon, Jiricek, All 2027 and 2028 picks, Heidt and Spacek for both Hughes. We would be set for some years and dont need anything in the cupboards. Our team would be lit. Any trade can be made with you have a good offer. lol
Matt Boldy should be untouchable. I'm open to trading Brodin, Yurov, maybe Jiricek (you can't coach 6'4") and Stramel.
You guys are nuts thinking if the devils are trading Jack..First off there's always smoke around the devils making some "big" trade and usually doesn't happen…second sorry to tell ya but it won't be Minny or Jersey where they play together..it'll probably be in Detroit

I highly Doubt the Devils would give up Jack Hughes but if Guerin pulls it off it would be Brodin, Yurov, First rounder… but you don’t trade 1st overall picks who have the potential to score 100 plus points for the next 7-10 years.
