  1. You must be from Toronto because as soon as they lose you throw the players under the bus…wouldn't of been in the good medal game without Nate…

  2. Good insights. Avalanche fan here. Going to be interesting to see how Mac, Makar, and Toews react getting back to nhl play.

  3. Makar is the best backend forwardhands down. But face it, hes not a defenseman. He made zero effort against the first goal and got pushed off the puck in
O.T. like it was a pond hockey game. Seider or Werenski for the Norris.

  4. Nate looked off from the very first game. Between looking partially disinterested at times – but also trying too hard at other times – he just didn't look like himself out there. Whatever the reason for this, he'll have to shake it off quickly for both his sake and the Avs'.

  5. Nate is the reason Canada was even in this game. Why do Canadians love attacking players? Yall destroyed Toronto players with this nonsense. Good luck "supporting" your players and the future. I'm honestly taken back how horrible Canadians are acting and blaming. I'm done with this nonsense

  6. The USA has been right there for a long time, they just haven't been able to win that big last game. This is the first gold medal in Men's Ice Hockey since 1980 for the US team. That is 46 years. Canada was a better team overall for the tournament, but the US team was better on that day. This was good for hockey, it has people talking about hockey outside of just Canada. We also send "Congrats" to the USA womens ice hockey team, a gold medal for them too! Sweep.

  7. To be fair, when they game the plushy to Tom Wilson I half expected him to rip the head off and hand it back, but instead he acted with class. If you were watching the other event medal ceremonies you'd have expected the plushies, but for the hockey players and fans who didn't it must have seemed a bit odd.

  8. How quickly people forget the 4 nations! And that was a lot better hockey than the Olympics.

  9. Canadians want to boo the US national anthem…so be it. We will just remind the fine folks up north that the US is best Hockey nation in the world right now and we have both men's and woman's gold. Then we will simply smile, say have a nice day and walk away beaming.

  10. MacKinnon was on the World Championship team eliminated by the Denmark. Did not watch the full game, but saw MacKinnon destroying Denmark goalie pads in highlights. The leadership problem is never just about McDavid.

  11. The best team doesn't always win. The Colorado Avalanche has 18 losses this year, but they have been the best team in the league by far! They have the most goals for, the least goals against a 5 more points than the next best team. But again, 18 LOSSES!!

  12. Cooper also said that we know the rules and nobody has an inherent advantage during 3 on 3, that's the way the olympic game is set up and we all have to play by those rules.

  13. Great video and insights as always Lego keep up the great work and also I follow you on Twitter and Instagram as well man.

  14. The hockey gods intervened in that game because of the Medusa touch given to them by Marx Carnage.

  15. This Dude from the Olympic Committee is former goalkeeper Petr Bříza, who represented the Czech Republic at many world championships and also won Olympic bronze in 1992.

  16. When the USA women’s hockey team won I knew the USA men’s hockey team would win. Same thing happened in the last Olympics. Both Canadian goalies were scored on the ice or 5 hole 🕳️. The men watched the women and followed them. 😊

  17. No tragedy for Nate or the rest of Team Canada…Hellebuyck just played better. Every American or every person around the globe who follows hockey would say that the Canadians is by far the better team. Besides, Russia wasn't even able to play and Team USA wasn't properly challenged to really deserve that medal at the international level.

  18. Been saying in other hockey discussions I understand the love for Cale but he’s NOT better than Hughes. It’s not a big gap

  19. The Biggest missed opportunity was failing to score on the 5 on 3, for a bunch of highly paid NHL players this was a horrible loss..
