Going from a Canadian all star team back to watching Darnell nurse hockey has me extremely depressed.

I'm a bit upset about the move with Ungar. Also if Davo is hurt I'm a little worried. Hopefully not too bad of an injury.

So basically there's no good news: McDavid not playing, Kapanen not playing, Ungar got send away …. And Henrique coming back doesn't exactly get me excited, sigh…..
Oilers gotta find a way without Mcdavid. I guess we’ll see how much they need him!! But still this could get ugly for the oilers, especially without their star player.
Hard to not see this as glass half empty.
Crap performance before the break, no gold medal at the Olympics, no McDavid/Kapenen coming back from the break.

Gr8 coverage during the Olympics!! Sure it wasn't easy with early start time, but it was worth it just 2 see the best players in the world on the biggest stage in sports. Only complaint would've been Bouch & Hyman being a part of it. They'll not only be motivated, but will be fresh in helping lock down a playoff spot.

We really need to get Samanski on the roster somehow. Need him at 3C and it's looking like we'll have to trade Mangiapane for a 6th rounder and a bag of pucks to free up some space and get some breathing room just to be able to move guys around again.

This Edmonton lineup tomorrow is such a letdown after being so used to an allstar calibre Canadian roster at the Olympics.
No more excuses, they can’t beat top seat division teams and have a strong win streak than the Oilers are looking at tough Playoff series with a possibility of being taken out in the first round if they face a top seat division team. No McDavids means stepping up and showing you can win without him. Let’s Go Oilers!!!!!
