My condolences goes out to Jon Cooper and his family

Poor choice of words in an article about how a coach is taking a leave of absence because his dad died.
Hasn’t he been through enough already this week?
I’ve always liked Coop and I hate to hear this for him and his family. May God be with them all and bless them with His grace and compassion as they navigate this difficult time

and then he has to come back and coach a florida hockey team to boot.

I can’t imagine the roller coaster of finally coaching in the Olympics for the first time, to the crushing finale and then coming home to lose his father immediately after… my condolences and hope he and his family make it through this okay
