No GM or team management is going to say this team sucks we're blowing it up it's going to be a fire sale maybe we'll be competitive it 2 or 3 years. They want to sell tickets and merchandise, they want fans to have hope and spend right until they're eliminated mathematically.

You guys touched on it the ML are owned by a corporation whose only interest is getting into the playoffs because of $$. With Rogers debt level this makes sense. Marner left and they retooled with his cap space and it didn't work. End of stories. I guess we think of Rogers as Harold Ballard 2.0. So sad and time to unsubscribe from TSN/SN.
