    As fate would have it, the Sens are the first team back that could knock us out of the playoffs and they’re 9 points back. That’s already going to be a difficult gap for them to bridge, and if we win tonight, it might prove to be impossible.

    Besides guys with injuries, who could a break benefit the most? I’d think older guys like Kane, but then I flip to young guys like ASP who was grinding down the last few weeks.

    League wide Lyon might benefit a ton. He always plays great to a certain point until he hits a wall with too many starts

    This conference is going to give no quarter. If the Wings want in the playoffs, they need to keep winning. Starting tonight.

    Let’s hit Ottawa hard and fast and remind them that they’re gonna be the 3rd of 3 divisional seeds *at best* when the power balance in this division shifts.
