Before the goal that catapulted USA hockey into the top spot I was all certain Jack was coming. Auston Mathews great but age a small hindrance, Tage opened my eyes immensely at the O's.
Brady would be a help but not the type of player I prefer. A seismic shift in locker room culture and environment would happen. Are we sure it would have an improved effect on the whole team performance. On the ice his big brother stance to aid our smaller guys would be a huge benefit.
As you say, I want anyone of them.

Man would it be fun to see Brady lineup with Ek and Boldy. But Kirill,Jack and Zucc would be fun as well.
Bill would have to sell the whole state of Minnesota to get one of these guys and probably his farm!
Your not getting Brady, he’s the heart and soul of Ottawa. Mathews, while saving an American player from the Toronto fan base and bubble would cost too much. Thompson is most likely not on the market as Buffalo looks to finally make the playoffs. That leaves one player – maybe two, Hughes and Trocheck. If Guerin pulls the plug, I’m hoping he doesn’t trade Wallstedt or Stramel, so I might prefer a second teir player and wait until simmer. I want to see Stramel get a few games here late season for a true evaluation. He’s the big center we’ve been trying to get for years…
Jack is a no-brainer; it would keep Quinn here when his contract is up. Never going to happen, but would be cool.
