    The reality is that Montreal has always been the most truly bilingual city in Canada, like since the upper and lower canada days. Just the nature of it being such a business centre makes it so. Love Quebec with all my heart.

    oui bravo… sa revien.. mais le fait qu’il l’ont bloquer l’an passé prouve a quel point le monde de l’office de la langue francaise son deconnecter. mechante gang de 2 watts
