  1. 🚨 NHL FANS — WHICH TRADE PACKAGE ARE YOU TAKING? 🚨

If you’re the Blues GM… which of the 5 deals are you accepting? 👀

Comment your thoughts and subscribe to both YouTube channels for trade deadline coverage!

  2. When seeing what the rosters would look like after these trade ideas, you have Robert Thomas slotted in at 2C. Do you see him as a 2C or is he really a 1C? I'm not criticizing your assessment – you're pretty honest and objective about players. I'm just trying to get sense of what caliber of player Thomas is, especially as I've seen trade proposals elsewhere that have him as a true 1C. If St. Louis is looking for the equivalent of four 1sts, it seems like they value him as a 1C, though I guess paying trade deadline prices factors into that.

  3. I’m big time Flames fan and if we are trading kadri I’m hoping he gets traded to Montreal because we got some young players I’m hoping for that

  4. That Boston trade is a no for me dog. Has to include Hagens.

That Toronto trade isn’t even close, they don’t have the assets for it

Detroit could put a package together close to Danielson, Bear, a 1st and Wallander

  5. With Dubas ignoring Malkin, is that an indicator he's looking into Thomas??? Thomas fits the age, the talent, Pitt has sniper Chinakhov and others, and they have so many assests!?

  6. If MTL gets Robert Thomas I honestly think they would be a contender for at least 5 years. They're prospect pool is insanely good and then they have a 2C for at least the next 5 years. They would be so damn scary.

  7. Price you're assuming teams would pay is just way too high. I say that as a Blues fan. Thomas is a 1C, yes, but he's elite, not franchise. You'd be lucky to get Desnoyers + Simashev + a 1st from Utah.

  8. What a hack. It has been all over the news that Detroit could be making a pitch for Thomas. You go over all these other teams and leave out Detroit. I have lost all faith in your program. Not subscribed and never will be. Good luck hack. Like the rest of the league, you don't give the Red Wings and respect

  9. lol, Detroit was mentioned very much in the mix alongside Utah but it is not mentioned here at all, and you try to force feed some Boston and Toronto ideas here?

And Doug Armstrong has been trading with Yzerman a ton in the last few years even Yzerman came back to Detroit.

  10. Dude is dumb as a box of rocks if he thinks Cooley is going anywhere….who makes this crap up? Cooley and Guenther are the next 40 goal/60 assist – 60 goal/40 assist duo…They could get Thomas for Schmaltz and a 2nd rounder if they really wanted Thomas…NOT happening!

  11. Nikishin, Nadeau and 2 first's for Thomas?? Sheeshhhhh that's more than what Dallas gave up for Rantanen🤷‍♂ That's equivalent to 4 first round picks so(even more so with Nik's and Nad's pedigree)…. basically saying, theres not a lot of guys in the NHL that package couldn't get ya😂 and as desperate as Carolina is for a 2C I don't think they're doing all that but for the sake of argument if they got dumb drunk and did there's zero way STL turns that down and damn near impossible for another team to beat🤷‍♂

  12. That Utah line up I think would be crazy good if they added Thomas. But being from Boston, we need him bad and I’d really like him playing with pasta

  13. Idk maybe it's just me those seem high I get Thomas is younger still but 4 1st round equivalents I view for top players like Rantanen,Hughes,if Hellebuyck ever got dealt not a Thomas he's in a tier lower for me.

Like Knies+2 2nds+Woll+Macelli is an over pay Knies isn't much different except a Winger than Thomas. I'm not a leafs fan.
-The Utah deal is close still think it's too much.
-Montreal isn't giving up enough Laine is basically a throw in who won't resign and they already said trying get rid of him with a sweetner.

As a Jets fan 4 equivalents pick deals I thought of for Hellebuyck his value never will be higher after award, medal. And people here are torn on him.
    Trade 1
    1.
    Buffalo trades Levi+Power+Benson or Ostlund+pick.
    2.
Utah trades Hayton+Vejmelka+1st+either another pick or prospect like you mentioned Iginla/Beaudoin/Desnoyers.
    3.
    NJ- Nemec+Mercer+Allen+pick
    4.
    Philly- Michkov+Bjarnason+Gard±pick
    5.
If he would go another Canadian team
Montreal- Hage+Guhle+Laines contract only til June+pick.

  14. Thomas is going nowhere. And certainly not for some garbage offer like that Habs example. And the Bruins one is even more laughable, a total joke. And the Toronto one is even worse than that, put down the crack pipe.
