@Canucks de Vancouver

[Pagnotta] Alors que les Canucks continuent de négocier avec Garland avec les Isles et d’autres clubs, les Bruins semblent s’être réengagés, avec des discussions sur un package qui pourrait inclure Poitras et/ou Lohrei.

Would be great to get one of those two

Poitras turns 22 next week. Would be a great get if possible as a possible Center option for the next little bit. I don’t really like the idea of Lohrei though as another young defenseman doesn’t seem like good roster management, but I wouldn’t hate being in the situation.

Either of them or both with a pick would be great work.

Meh? Poitras is cool. I can’t imagine Lohrei is anything more than he is right now but a near .5PPG dman seems neat.

    Can I have picks instead

    Both these dudes stalled hard

  5. Strict-Caterpillar38

Wait Lohrei is good, isn’t he?

But I was told Garland’s contract sucks and we’d be lucky to get a third for him.

If a player like Poitras is on the table, it means Garland has legitimate value, which has been hard to gauge. He’s nowhere near a blue-chip but has some upside potential. Ironically similar to Minten last year

Buium, Lohrei, Willander. Pretty damn good defense core to grow around.

  9. Prefer picks but Poitras isn’t a bad get.

Canucks should be targeting picks instead. Age gap players is not how you rebuild.

  11. GenerationEh

Poitras seems solid to me based on 9 seconds on hockey db.

I really want Torontos first round pick this year, even if it defers to next year watch them be a lottery team again with no protection

Ferns turn to coal faster than Jim and Patty negotiate a deal

  14. BlastMyLoad

Neither of those dudes are worth it

I feel like Allvin can’t handle anymore offers. He might just turn off his phone and go to sleep

Poitras’ scouting report says his upside is a 3C. Solid depth, but some are you are holding him way too high in value.

If Poitras and Lohrei is on the table for a guy that’s about to have a full NMC you take that and run. Worst case scenario you flip Lohrei next year and maybe Poitras turns into something. That is a perfectly good return.

  18. LIL_DROP13

Wait your telling me Poitras and 2nd prediction is possible WTF

  19. KAYD3N1

lol, we don’t want either of those guys. Bottom 6 guys are easy to find.

A measured take from a Boston fan on the main sub-

Poitras – highly skilled, but lacks NHL size/strength/speed.

Lohrei – also highly skilled and offensively minded, but can’t play D.

They need picks more than prospects atm

  22. Honestly, anything from pagnotta should be taken with a grain of salt.
