  1. I had checked the score when the Leafs were up 3-2 but getting outshot and thought hmm wonder how this is gonna turn out. Checked again after they lost and immediately wanted this video as soon as possible.

  2. I could be totally off base here but for a long time management would throw picks and players out the door for little to no return, perhaps thats what the league now expects and management is standing against it?

  3. The Players their wife’s and children don’t want to play in Toronto they don’t get paid enough to put themselves or their families Through the media and the fans. They just want to go to work like everyone else and come home. Social media has destroyed Toronto sports.

  4. Can we stop pretending we're angry now? I'm not angry anymore. I'm happy. Every loss is a free smile. Because maybe this is the kick in the ass everyone needs to stop popping the oxy and face reality. Fuck to you Toronto. We deserve better. Here's your chance.

  5. I wonder if other GMs know the pressure Treliving is under to make a trade and are unwilling to meet his asking prices for players? It seems to me knowing the situation in Toronto I would not pay a first or multiple seconds for any Leafs player on the block and try to get a "steal".

  6. I get the feeling the Leafs front office is sort of like the UN. There's so many people involved and so many different factions and so many bosses involved that it paralyzes the whole thing from working like it should, or at all.

  7. Yes they do suck. But who wants players who suck? Nobody. So kind of hard to trade any of them. If you're lucky, you may just get a comparable player back. Doesn't help the team. Getting draft picks for them might help, but you need to find a team that's willing to do that.

  8. Do you really think one or two low hanging fruit trades make a difference at this point? Do you think the leafs can ring off 10 to 14 wins in a row? NJ should not have possessed much of a challenge. This leafs team is in the toilet and its time to flush Bubbles Treliving and Berube down that toilet.

  9. Are we still doing this?

No leading A-tier defenseman and / or golie.
Matthews is not what whe used to be, sure you can find glimpse in the odd game or two. Nylander ok.

But no solid secondary scoring. If we at least had some grit in line 3 and 4 we could possibility do some more damage

Told everyone already in the pre-season
