@Devils du New Jersey

Alors…

That he’s trying to buy and not sell is my biggest problem here

I swear if anyone ages 29+ enter this team in any capacity I’m going to lose it. This man turned us from young and fast to slow and sluggish in the blink of an eye. Edit: Unless it’s Jacques Lemaire as coach (or any coach..)

He’s a 6 mil commitment for six years, so that deal will only get cheaper. Maybe to get Timo on the actual RW…..?

Failure Fitz, primed to strike a dagger into our hearts, again…

Garland is pretty tough and chippy, so I wouldn’t have any problem with this acquisition…if he was 25. I don’t want a 30 year old Garland with a 6×6 extension that hasn’t even started yet.

The owner needs to step in this is retarded

Looking at the team now compared to then, size was clearly never the problem

All the same we should ONLY be participating at all in the trade deadline as sellers

At this point he’s trying to add anyone so he can save his job and he’s gonna burn down this team instead. If he trades Nemec for Garland then that will solidify this core’s fate as a group that never gets a cup

I take what any of these « experts » say with a grain of salt. How often are they right with anything? A lot of the « I’m hearing » comes from what the player’s agent is telling people like Pierre just to drum up buzz on the players. Then guys like Rick and Pierre post it just for the clicks and hits. This is why I never believe any rumor until it’s official.

Interest could just mean a report that a phone call happened. You don’t even have to want someone to call on a player and just talk to that gm in general. These insider tweets can over exaggerate things.

A 6 million dollar contract that hasn’t even kicked in yet? A contract with a no trade clause? Sound familiar? This is Fitz music.

Exactly the type of player we dont need

    Fitzgerald having a plan ?

Funniest shit I heard today 😂

I’m praying all these rumours are just rumours for the fun of it.

Always thought Garland has one of the most punchable faces in the NHL, but hes one of Quinn’s best friends and Quinn is godfather to Garlands kid, so it makes sense.

Not defending trading for Garland in general but height being important is so overblown. Carolina has Stankoven (5’8″) and Jarvis (5’10 ») who are very good players for them. People act like a difference in a few inches of height makes them useless when realistically there is a height range that you need to be in. If you’re 5’5″ you can’t play, and it’s the same for too tall which is why you don’t see guys who are 6’8″ playing. Lots of fans forget we had guys like Gionta and Coleman who were shorter and could absolutely hang physically.

Fitz should’ve been fired and not allowed to handle the TDL. Hes going to do more damage.
