Didn’t play a very good game. Tarasov hung out to dry early. Manage to get two goals in a 5min span in the 3rd, GOOSE TIES IT to make it a 3-goal comeback (first since the Carolina thriller at home earlier this year) aaaaand called off due to goalie interference. Just a hilarious way to lose. Good thing 99% of us have already accepted missing the playoffs as if not that sort of L is soul-crushing.
Shitty way to end a game I wanted to lose anyway. Tank the night away.

Ya I know we’re supposed to be tanking. But I’m still pissed. League needs to figure what is GI. Maybe a single official in Toronto who reviews all GIs. At least we’d hopefully get some me consistency.
Impressive comeback taken away by incompetent officiating once again. How many points have refs single handedly taken from us by making game breaking calls? Why the fuck bother watching this shit when this happens damn near every game? Beyond frustrating..

They kicked ass when they finally got the puck out of the defensive zone. Problem though is that it was in the defensive zone for what felt like 95% of the game

Besides that drafting a young defense men will do wonders for this core of guys, like forget about drafting McKenna (with all due respect). They need help at the blue line (and goaltending to a certain extent).
