    SMOKING THAT JIM HILLER PACK

  2. nich2701

Empty net for 8 min and no goal was just so frustrating to see

  3. CurlOfTheBurl11

Excruciating at the end there watching the Kings struggle to score on an empty net, but otherwise this was probably the most entertaining game we’ve played all season. No turtling, good energy throughout, Hiller should have been gone back in the summer.

  4. onlymostlydeadd

Great game but jesus trevor, finish it off man

  5. raymondliang

Ok we were trolling with the net empty. But apart from that, solid fucking game. Shoutout the 4th line and Connors/Wright, what an effort from the young depth.

  6. Thumper13

Yay we win and some stuff looks better. I still can’t believe we went 8 mins empty net time and didn’t score once.

  7. joeloud

LA Kings score an empty netter challenge (impossible)

  8. ZiggyPalffyLA

Get ready to remove that interim tag, DJ!

  9. cheesypeenis

Why are we allergic to empty net goals

  10. Active_Water_8876

For the most part I’m really liking what I’m seeing.

  11. ShadowChair

Well we aren’t any better at hitting the empty net LMAO

Really fun game. Offense looked quite good. Kuemper looked a lot more comfortable than he has in awhile.

Was great to see Panarin score his 1st as a King, and man seeing Clarke with that group is so good. Dude is amazing at creating chaos and jumping into the play.

Don’t love everything about that game but it was pretty fun to watch. I love watching Breadman in a Kings uni, beauty first goal off a great feed from 1.5Kopi.

    Also yay for two points?

Happy we won, but can we buy an empty net goal??

I was still pleased with this performance, but hoping we improve going forward, GKG!

  15. Razzers

Its nice to see that the team never took their foot off the gas. Those extra goals mattered in the end and they always will. They are not perfect but this team is miles better than it was 2-3 games ago.

  16. Edmuresay

Empty net is the final demon for this group, looks like. That was crazy, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.

That said, that’s two games now where they rolled 4 lines and were skating, hitting, and attacking all game. Hockey is still hockey at the end of day and sometimes it really is as simple as that. Could also be the Matt Greene effect, dude looks great behind the bench. GKG

Overall this feels like a completely different team. I know you can probably chalk it up to nee coach energy but even if they play with alittle bit of energy they have in these 2 games there is no reason we don’t make the playoffs. Maybe we need another piece idk but I definitely have way more confidence

  18. Open_Significance455

Empty net issues aside holy shit dude what a refreshing game to see from the Kings.

  19. Odd-Most-9186

Good win!!! I like what I am seeing from DJ so far, keep them headstrong and keep pushing!!!

  20. fugginehdude

wow so you mean when we shorten shifts and play all 4 lines we win games?! who woulda thought

  21. CabbageStockExchange

    The Reign boys are alright!

  22. Y_Aether

Kings do have a relatively mild strength of the schedule left. Playoffs could still happen. Idk if that is what we want… because of the injuries. Either way, we will see.

  23. fivefold_sunup

Kings are like that one partner who says they’ll change and changes for a few days and back the old habits 😭😭 prove us wrong this time Kenny! Deej! I missing saying GKG

  24. ReaditIjustdid

    Things I like :

    1. Taylor Ward skating fast with nowhere to go he just heads up ice at warp speed to check out the scenery , a man in motion , love it

2 . Helenius just crushing guys , then grinding them into the boards until they stop moving that’s how you finish checks.

    3. The Bread man on the power play actually skating toward the net realizing passing or shooting close to the goalie is a good thing , better than skating away from him.

    4. Defensemen actually playing hockey , skating with the puck , shooting , passing toward the net , not just side to side ,or far outside.

    5. Knowing that just we are going to see a great hockey player emerge from the cocoon of skill that is Alex Laferriere next year , he is almost ready.

    6. The Ontario Reign actually feeding the big club some of what it needs . Even more coming next year , they have some young talent that can and will help this team .

  25. henreiman

Forget everything else. The energy was just so different
