Naz has been my boy since making a value pickup in my hockey pool during his early career. Loved him becoming a Flame all those years later, and now am now happy to see him get another chance at a cup. Glad we got to celebrate game 1000 with him on the team
I saw him score that one super sick goal against the Pens in person, so that was awesome.
Absolutely loved watching Naz in a flames uniform. One of my favourite players. So happy he gets another chance at a cup now tho.

His signing and subsequent tenure with the Flames went about as good as it possibly could and probably exceeded expectations. If only all free agent signings went this well for the Flames.

I thought when he signed here that it was a sign that the flames were becoming a desirable destination for players wanting to win. That expectation crumbled quickly, but it’s hard to put any of that blame on Kadri, he’s one of the few players that actually lived up to his pedigree from that time.
I’ll miss you Naz. Go win another one.

I remember watching him in Toronto and taking dumb penalties against Boston and thinking « what a shithead ». Since then he has really matured and the things he does on the ice are special.
He was brought in to save a sinking ship and he’s not the reason it continued to sink.

What a pleasure it was seeing Naz in Red. It’s too bad the team wasn’t good enough to see his magic in the playoffs. Our loss but Nate and Makar will win a few more cups with him now, go Avs!
