Yes. But I love the guy and I’m afraid he may be gone after this season

    yes

  3. Tatanka97

No, because that’s Geno. He’s score.

  4. DontYouMisfire

in a caring way that shows my ultimate respect and love for him yes

    Me: “Geno…what the fuck!?”

Geno: “…am as confused as you are, chief.”

This pic makes it look like he has dreds

No excusing the slash. He’ll get deservedly suspended. I’m concerned he broke a finger getting slashed himself leading up to his retaliation. Hope when he gets back to the team he’s a little closer to 100%.

I hope he has apologized to his teammates…just a boneheaded move by him

Geno is a friendly and peaceful guy. He just saw a deadly mosquito on dahlin’s neck and moved with haste to extinguish the threat. We should all endeavor to be as helpful as Geno.

Live by the sword, die by the sword. I’d rather have an emotional guy like Geno than an emotionless pud like Jarry. Bad analogy center to goalie, but still

I met Geno 11 years ago yesterday in a mall. He was super cool and gracious and took 2 pics with me. That dude should not be donning another jersey ever, IMO.

I’d love to scream, thanks for all the great memories and championships. Idgaf about a suspension. Geno is score and him and Sid will be back soon enough.

I just don’t get why people don’t understand why he is frustrated. This is the second contract negotiation in a row that he has been treated like crap when he really doesn’t deserve it. I don’t know what Dubas is doing. I just don’t understand what the purpose of making him upset is.

He has been playing so well this year so what does he really need to do to prove that he is worthy of a contract to Kyle? These two contract negotiations have really shown that the Penguins do not really value him.

Geno threw a tantrum. Big deal, he’s done it once or twice before.

    Thoughts:

    1) Geno, at 39, is still a PPG player. ESPECIALLY when he has talented wingers, and his line hasn’t been gutted for Sids’.

    2) Much like many things in life, Geno hacking Dahlin didn’t just « fall out of the sky ». There were « events » leading up to said hack.

    3) Geno actually held back. I have no doubt he would’ve and could’ve taken Dahlin to the ice.

    4) Why does it look like he’s got dreadlocks in that picture?

Some of you actually insinuating that Malkin swung his stick at Dahlins head bc he doesnt have an extension? ROFL.

  17. sM0k3Bansh333

Never. But maybe a heavy sigh in his general direction?

  18. Tough-Assumption8312

No. He got cross checked and the ref didn’t call it. Sometimes you have to protect yourself. Malkin didn’t cost the Pens that game.

  19. hockeydude82

No. Use your stick so slash me, and then use your stick again to cross-check me twice to my back (where there is no protection) and I’ll sure as hell use my stick on you. « Oh but Dahlin’s jugular », then « Oh, but Malkin’s spine ». What Dahlin did if hit in the wrong way, could cause just as much life-altering injuries as Malkin. I swear a lot of people here are just being pussies and will happily take a beating and do nothing.
