  1. I am happy they didnt but. But I do think they should have sold something. In particular making room on the roster. They signed steeves and he has been not dressing. They are going to bring hagens so that just means another player needs to be taken out of the line up. I would have moved eyssimont for a middling pick just to make room for hagens.

  2. I like that they did little. I would have liked to see certain players go but if no ones willing to pay…oh well.

  3. No prob with the deadline. I have a lot of hope for Hagens another year for minten to improve maybe Marat jumps ahead a bit. I’d love a right hand shot d this off season that’s it. We have first to do what we want with this off season. Also they gave up nothing for a kid who’s got a ton of potential

  4. I'm happy we didn't buy but we were in prime position to sell off SOMETHING! With Toronto teetering on Top 5, we might not get their first this year but we have the assets to be able to accrue a first! Zacha! Mittsy! Poitras and Lysell or something I don't care! Get something for someone. That's all I ask for

  5. If you look at the deals that were done the asks were AWFUL. We cant make big moves every year. Let's see where we are at. We aren't there yet .

  6. Arvidsson dont move the needle, i preferre to play a kid instead but whatever they re not good and they will not be good for at least one or 2 years, i dont care he fill a hole that s it!

  7. I honestly felt like Sweeny did his job for once. Didn't heavily invest and trade players that have been playing well this season, nor sell and be like fuck it we aint making the dance this year. To me, it shows that Sweeny acknowledges the team is a playoff spot but also has a reasonable expectation that we are not a cup contending team so it isn't worth buying. I kept saying to my buddies less is more this year. I think Richael will fit better with us than VAN and PHI and may or may not be an option for that third line with Minten and Geekie. we will see.

  8. I wonder if an Elias for Elias trade with Vancouver was looked at. Both are kind of overpaid for what they produced recently. I really think Pettersson would thrive in a better situation.

  9. Don Sweeney did a good job last 2 Trade-deadlines. He oxygenated the roster last year and he stood pat this year, I am satisfied. Cheers

  10. You’re a legend my dude! Thanks for chilling with us today on your stream and also thanks for chilling with me on my show as well! I appreciate you, love your content and I look forward to chatting with you again soon! Much love and gooooooo B’s!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🦊

  11. A funny skit, the puck then drops. A game review. Then a game notes mop. Low Quality Bruins fan….for post game wrap he’s your only man.

  12. If this had been a pet rescue event; Schrödinger wouldn't have bought a kitten. They're in a good spot for what they've shown. Looks like Pasta has a nagging core injury (Groin/Oblique abdomen); if that's true they could've been sellers, but for long term morale. B+

  13. "this trade deadline was jackshit", still talks for 20 minutes. 😂😂

  14. Do you know what good GMs dont do? Come out and tell everyone they are buyers 5 days befire the deadline. 😅

  15. Sweeney did exactly what he should have here—nothing. Sure, some minor transactions were made, but he didn’t trade for anyone “big” with the goal of making a deep playoff run this session. That’s precisely because, of course, they aren’t anywhere near being Cup contenders right now. Sweeney was wise to hold onto all the 1st and 2nd round picks he’s accumulated—that is the team’s future, or at least a large part of it. Lysell and Poitras could have been moved while they still have some value, and I’m sure Sweeney considered it.

The Bruins have exceeded all expectations this season, and the correct way forward is to let the current roster go as far as they can with what they have. Making the playoffs, period, is a successful season considering. A probable matchup with Tampa in the first round will be almost impossible to win, but if they can take the series to 6 games, again, they’re well ahead of where they were predicted to be.
