Je suis un grand fan des Bruins depuis près de 13 ans et jusqu’à présent, je n’ai jamais eu l’occasion d’acheter mon premier maillot. Bergy est le joueur qui m’a fait tomber amoureux de cette équipe, et je cherchais partout celui-ci en particulier à ma taille mais en vain. puis miraculeusement, une liste eBay est apparue la semaine dernière. Je sais que ce n’est pas aussi rare ou rétro que le Graal de certains autres, mais cela représente pour moi le monde absolu. mon joueur préféré avec l’écusson du capitaine pour couronner le tout. allez les b’s, vous êtes belles les gens 🖤💛

    I’m an oldish fart who’s been watching since the Brad Park/Rick Middleton days. Bergy is right there with Ray Bourque for the two best Bruins of my lifetime. Congrats, that’s an all timer.

    Bergeron is unironically the player who I used as my sales pitch to get one of my friends from college who didn’t like hockey into hockey.

    2013 when he played with a punctured lung I pointed to that and said “cmon, how can you say that’s not bad ass?” and he was sold

    (Though actually earlier in that playoff run when Bergeron scored the OT winner against Toronto he called me and was screaming so loud I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying, so I think he was sold before I made my pitch)

    People talk about all the beloved, untouchable celebrities like Keanu Reeves and whoever else, but theyll never come close to Saint Patrice

    I’m an older B’s fan. Go back to Orr, Espo days. Bergy and Mr. Orr are my 1 and close 1A. Mr. Orr could kill a penalty by him himself. And dominate a PP. Bergy played a 200’ game and shutdown many of the best players of his era. In hockey you play both offense and defense. Why I say Mr. Orr is greater than Gretzky.
