Great game by the kids. Time to start developing players at center. Dvorak is a 3rd line C being played on 1st line. Laughable. Zegras needs to be DEVELOPED into a better C. He has unreal hand eye coordination, he just needs more practice to gain confidence & strength. He would be perfect between Martone & Michkov.
Then there is Barkey. He is a C as well. He too should be developed these last 20 games at C. Didn’t Foerster play C in juniors? He was in the Selke running before his injury. He’d be a perfect C. Michkov & Martone both have expressed interest in playing C.
Have Patrick Sharp teach clinics the rest of the season working on face-offs. Call Mike Richards & ask him to help. Zegras NEEDS to be developed into a 1C. Barkey NEEDS to be developed into a 2C. Taco has no clue about being a C. Bring in knowledgeable people.
