I think how dirty TB plays has lead all discussions and the fact that is how there coach wants them to play. We need to send in punishment next time especially if we are ahead in standings bench players and roster muscle

Just like the game being tied going into the third only served to make yesterdays game more exciting, Hagel being let slide will only serve to make April's game more exciting. It's sucks that it happened, but wow are we likely in for a treat during the sequel.
Remember Todd Bertuzzi and the Matt Moore incident. That's what I was worried when seeing Hagel do what he was trying to do to Dahlin.

Every time people mention bad first round matchups (should we end 1'st in the division) i hear CBJ, Montreal maybe Boston but Ottowa has been playing great all year but they've had terrible goaltending. with even average goaltending they could be a huge problem. hopefully they go up against Carolina if they do make it.

what they should do about Hagel being a psychopath while on the same line as Kucherov is to beat the piss out of Kucherov. During the Krebs scrum where Byram got the misconduct, Mattias Samuelsson was standing politely next to Kucherov with the linesman nowhere around. My brother, you need to grab Kucherov and start pounding on him the way that Hagel was pounding on Dahlin. The Lightning without Kucherov are arguably not even a playoff caliber roster, they are incredibly reliant on him offensively. Pay them back where it hurts the most

As a Bolts fan, yeah Hagel deserves what’s coming to him this time. There are a lot of times when he’s against the Panthers where he’s the victim. However, after what he did against Buffalo where he’s became the aggressor against Dahlin who wasn’t exactly doing anything as far as we know of, he’s going to pay the price one way or another. I just hope that the Sabres don’t go too far like with how the Panthers, DOPS, and the higher ups in the league did when it came to dealing with Hagel.

I don't know if it's a bad thing that Dahlin gets under guys' skin and doesn't retaliate. Teams just keep getting penalties; he seems not to mind taking it for the team. Can't let him get hurt, though; it's a fine line.
