Every goal a masterpiece. Jealous of everyone at that game tonight! So great to see Yurov’s hard work come to fruition. Love that Brink got a goal in his home debut. Great work from Gus. And gotta love Trenin just always doggedly chasing guys down putting the pressure on and delivering solid hits.

Not sure I can remember the last time I’ve heard a national broadcast talk about the Wild this much AND be complimentary, if ever
FREE YUROV… next year. I think the point of this year was kind of like with Ek how they started him slow to teach him to be a better all around player. Yurov obviously has some skill, it’s about seasoning, and refining the all around game. No sense in putting an overload of pressure on him this young. Teach him the ropes, move him around in the line-up, then come the playoffs he’s in the 3rd line role.
Brink is small, but it’d be nice if he could continue taking steps as a secondary scorer for us going forward. Probably worth keeping around for awhile if he’s going to put points on the board.
Gotta love the garbage time, IN YO FACE goal from Hartman. Utah goalie was ready to go full Malice at the Palace after that one.

Just checked, starting from January 1st 2025 the average goal difference between the winning team and losing team in Wild v Mammoth games is 4.25.
Seems like it’s a matchup that turns into a blowout for awhile.
