Same shit on all the media. Snowflakes being triggered by colors lol

  2. Minnesota_Husker

I am sure the comments are totally normal and not people freaking out… right?… right?

  3. sambes06

I know they aren’t, but this promo seems to imply they are gay. Reminds me of that key and peele skit where the cameras keeps zooming in on that one guy in the audience when the politician is talking about same sex marriage.

  4. It’s always so ironic to me how the people making hateful comments only further prove the importance of hosting a pride night. They literally create the very thing they hate through their own stupidity and hatred.

  5. cantbelievethename

Is the tape allowed now or are they just taking the fine?

  6. PlayCapital6411

Gotta cover all the bases right?

  7. Adventure-Style

Is it trolling if I say that I am proud to be gay?

  8. cacophony69

Hockey is awesome and everyone should be able to enjoy it! Amazing that would ever be a controversial statement

  9. nettspendfan11

this reads like them highlighting two gay players and saying the game is for everyone.

congrats spurgeon and foligno for being out and proud!!

Dont read comments because they serve no purpose other than to make you mad

When my team did a pride night, only 2 of our players wore pride tape. I’ve felt differently about the whole team since then. I’m glad some other teams are being cool though in general.

I didn’t see the pride tape, was just thinking game is for both right and left hand stick holders

Blackhawks fan here to say take good care of our ol’ captain. Nick is such a rock solid dude. 😭

  14. silentsirensongs

it is a bit sad that there’s only two players in these photos. watching the game on ESPN you’d have no idea it was pride night. not a board, not a banner nothing at all.

Appealing to the Heated Rivalry demographic is good business

  16. bonixlover10

Hockey is for everyone! Was cool to see all the pride jerseys in person

  17. Scared-Coyote4010

Yeah ok cool now encourage your team members not to go to a genocidal homophobic freaks workplace!

Personally, I feel it’s a bit silly to do pride nights in sports. Reason being that I thought the whole movement was to be treated as equals. I just feel like sexuality shouldn’t necessarily be in sports period. That being said not like it affects me or anything and I have no clue what people are so up in arms about.
