Well that’s not a good look.

  2. ShellshockedLetsGo

Not ideal to say the least lol.

  3. What the fuck lol

Edit: Okay so I’m really curious what the logic is here or if something happened lol Boisvert has definitely has a dogshit year where goals have been pretty nonexistent for him and production overall has been a struggle. That said, it’s clearly a team wide issue when BU has been pretty bad all season and Boisvert’s weak production isn’t even that bad relative to his teammates.

Over the season, Sacha is T-5th on BU in points (T-3rd amongst forwards) and 3rd in P/GP (2nd amongst forwards). More recently in looking at stats from the past 5-10 games, he’s weak with only three assists in the past 10 games, two of which came in the past five. That’s horrible but outside the current top line of Eiserman-Bednarik-Harvey it’s par for the course for the rest of the forwards lately lol does he really not have a place in BU’s terrible roster if he isn’t on the top line? The current 2C (Lawrence) and 3C (Morello) have been just as useless offensively lately so it’s confusing. He is a -7 which is one of the worst on the team so maybe he’s just sucked enough defensively that without the offensive boost the coaching staff is done with him.

Anyone here a big BU fan or just watch college hockey a lot? I do not but there obviously has to be something here the box scores don’t tell us lol maybe even something off ice?

Wonder what brought this about. Ooofff.

  5. Man what happened to this guy, he was super promising at UND right?

What’d the reason be, I feel uninformed?

Fuck it, if they aren’t playing him get his ass here

Edit: stop taking this comment so damn seriously lol

Feel like they know he’s on his way out so they gave him the bye bye early

There’s a story there. He’s been their 1C when healthy.

This is supposed to be one of Davidson’s impact players coming to help us compete…

He’s got 3 goals in 25 GP. He hasn’t scored a goal since the middle of January, and has 3 assists in his last 10 games to go with no goals. He’s not been producing. Maybe there’s more to the story, but he just hasn’t been very good this year.

If the reports of turning pro are true, it better be in Rockford. He has not shown he deserves to be anywhere near the NHL. Maybe it’s injury, sometimes you just miss. 18th overall pick sounds high, but it’s not like the NFL draft. Most guys picked 18th and later don’t become NHL regulars.

Everyone acting surprised by this clearly doesn’t follow college hockey. He has scored 3 goals this season after scoring 18 in his freshman campaign for ND. Sure there might be more to it but he also has been awful this season. 3 goals in 25 games and a -7 for a hockey program that is a perennial top 10 team in the country.

He needs at least a full season in the A right?

  14. Oldbean98

Sounds like he needs time to get healthy, plus a change of scenery. Hogs ‘26-27.

Boisvert was overrated last year and put in a place to succeed by rotating to the wing and being uninvolved in the play besides scoring. This year he was asked to play C and Eiserman took his shooting spot. He couldn’t produce without that limited offensive role as he was constantly behind the play, wasn’t making smart passes, or creating for his team – largely because his skating was some of the worst in his entire draft and he never worked to improve it.

Being said – even though he’s regressed and failed at producing as an actual C, he’s being benched because he’s a locker room cancer at BU, wasn’t well liked at NoDak either.
