   I started dating my ex wife 2 days before this. So we got together, got engaged, married for 5 years, I met a new girl, was with her for 5 years, and we are broke up for 2 years next week.

   There’s been one home playoff game in that time.

   I remember watching these games at 3am. I’m from the UK and followed the sabres since 2005ish. What made it worse is my brother is a flyers fan!

   I was 21 years old and in college at this time. Couldn’t afford the tickets but went to the party in the plaza. I’m now 36 with a nearly 4 year old and still probably can’t afford the tickets, but I’ll be back for the party in the plaza!
