@Oilers d'Edmonton

    I sure hope so man.

Not only is he better than Jarry in current form, he’s a hell of a piece in that locker room.

  2. ShmuckNuts

Yeah it’s time for Tristan “Jack Campbell” Jarry to have a little conditioning stint.

I’m in « sure, why not » mode

OUR PAL CAL OUR PAL CAL he’s got a big ol dick boys

  5. No, but this is Ingram’s net now. Unless he also starts playing like complete ass, I have to assume we only see Jarry in back to backs the rest of the way.

Honestly throughout our goalie struggle he deserved better

Numbers aren’t promising but compared to what we have, I’ll take it.

Pickard and Ingram lets go. Glad they left Jarry in to get embarrassed in that game tbh

Probably gonna see him if Jarry continues this type of play.

I always thought they would use Pickard as the default backup in the playoffs where the salary cap changes to “players dressed” instead of players on the roster. But it’s something that probably needs to happen earlier.

Honestly,  it seems we’ve crowned Kingram by default lol

  12. If our GM understood hockey, it would have been a Ingram call up, see what he has. And Pick’s would still be in the minors today.

Skinner, Kulak and Ingram make this team better. Bowman and JJ should not be running a professional team of any kind.

I have never seen a goalie so disinterested in improving themselves as Jarry

I will sacrifice a goat on the next full moon for this.

  15. kkslider55

Why not? Jarry and Pickard have similar numbers, and Pickard is a bonus in the locker room whereas it seems as though Jarry is not.

The only thing preventing it is the bad look of sending a high-paid goalie to your farm team twice in such a short span, but at some point, you just gotta take the lumps

I miss Big Dick Pick. Dude was a legend.

  17. Informal-Screen5502

Do we have the cap space to call him up?

  18. formIII

We said Skinner, Pickard was not a tandem we could come back to the playoffs with, nobody expected this monkey-paw outcome

  19. ArtVandelay99999

Jarry is consistently bad, just as he was with the Penguins.

I wanna see Ingram-Pickard. Pickard stepped up and proved himself during last playoffs. Ingram is also not bad. I think the team is more confident playing in front of them than Jarry and that alone is key.

I was just looking at the numbers for a Jarry buyout in the offseason, and he’s got another one of those stupid contracts that you basically save nothing if you buy him out. They’d still be on the hook for over $4 million in the next 2 seasons. What a colossal fuck up Bowman is…

  21. KirikaClyne

    Ingram-Picks. I’m done with Jarry…and I don’t say that lightly

  22. I don’t want to see Jarry in the Oiler net ever again, but he is not going to get swapped with Pickard. I’d like to see it, but I don’t think there is a hope in hell.

  23. IrishUpYourCoffee

Bowman screwed up with Jarry. He is just not cutting it at an NHL level.

  24. HotDogDonald

At this rate it’s more and more likely

  25. Huge_Nuge

Could have had Stu, Ingram, Picks and some random other goalie all in the system. All giving us a chance to upgrade our goaltending. Stu with some internal improvement, that was LIKELY. Ingram by just being Ingram. Picks with his already proven clutch ability in big games.

Could have also had Kulak and a 2nd round pick and a 3M in extra cap space which could have save an additional 1st or 2nd at the deadline by not having to overpay for retention.

But nooooooo, fuckin moronic Stu haters ruined that for us. And bowman listened to these morons otherwise known as HFboards regulars.
