Il a dit à voix haute ce qui est si évident à voir avec cette équipe à mon avis. La culture est la racine du problème, du haut jusqu’à la base de toute l’organisation. Je pensais que Bérubé allait aider à le résoudre, mais peut-être que cette génération ne l’a tout simplement pas ?
