Regulation wins? What are those?
We are 6th worst in the league in regulation wins, and 4th worst in regulation plus overtime wins.
Literally in spitting distance of the playoffs because we hold on for the overtime loss point and try to win shootouts.
This team should not make the playoffs, and has almost no chance of making any noise.
Of course they can. Just draft some good players, develop some talent, maybe sign quality FAs when they get better.

If they’re going to play themselves into 14th pick or whatever (probable) then they might as well try to make it..
They would have to go 10-5-1 minimum to have a chance, it’s definitely still possible. They lose the next 2 in a row, then we can lose hope, but for now let’s keep a positive outlook.

Gotta stop with this playoff shit, team can barely score most nights and if it wasn’t t for the loser overtime and shootout points we are a bottom 5 team in hockey

I know some people love the idea of the playoffs and think anything can happen. The thing is, this team cannot win in regulation, gives up the first goal/momentum too easily and is completely inept on the man-advantage. That’s not a competitive team.
This team was even IN A playoff spot because we played for shootouts and grabbing at least one point.
We may somehow make the playoffs, but if we do we’re only gonna win any games because Vladar stands on his head.
