Montreal played terrible for most of the game. Just watch how fast they skate, and how quickly they accelerate and stop. For the majority of the game, it was a lot of slow skating and coasting. Once the end of the game came and they realized they needed to score, they started trying and taking control of the game. They were able to, but it was too late. It doesn't help when other teams get lucky and score totally fluke goals. But, the fact that we don't generate much traffic in front of the net means we aren't going to get those fluke goals very often.

On the Vinny Desharnais call you see the crosscheck in the liver area and you see te ref doing the crosscheck call so that was a good call but this call need to be a stander sometime they dont call de crosscheck but call the retaliation… And hear me out those crosscheck are painful AF

I hate [not really] to be the one to point this out , but did anyone else besides me notice how much better this Canadiens team played against Anaheim once Dach was no longer on the bench. I have nothing personal against the guy. But every time he comes back from injury he is one third less the player he use to be. And now , after three injuries , there is nothing left. Time to place him on IR for the rest of the season , and hope to trade him to the Toronto Maple Leafs in the off season.
Time to get the one pokemon who can score out on the PP and let him cook!
