One thing that isn’t said enough about Gally since he lost a gear, is how good of an influence he is for this locker room.
He always gives his 100%. I cannot think of a better example to give to our youngsters as a veteran on this team. To me, he’s a big part of the culture everyone talks about in this org.
After Cole was drafted by Montreal and was playing for Wisconsin, they played some exhibition games in Vancouver at The University of British Columbia. Gallagher was there and I asked him for a photo. I had on a Habs t-shirt and hat and he seemed pretty happy I wasn’t just a random fan. Crazy that was around 7 years ago.
Let’s not forget these things when playing GM on Puckpedia.
