Avec seulement 10 attaquants dans l’alignement, les Canucks d’Abbotsford sont restés serrés contre l’une des meilleures équipes de leur division. Ce but en a fait un match à un but. Malheureusement, ils n’ont pas pu compléter la remontée puisque l’Ontario a marqué un but dans un filet vide pour sceller l’affaire.

Jack Thompson has now tied Vilmer Alriksson in team points.
Alriksson (forward) is sitting at 9 points (in 43 games).
Thompson (d-man) is also now at 9 points (in 7 games).
Two observations:
Number 1:
I didn’t know shit about Jack Thompson when he was brought over for Jet Woo (and still don’t), but, damn, call that dude up and hope for a miracle.
With everything that’s gone wrong this season, maybe the hockey Gods think they owe us one.
Point #2:
Mr Alriksson’s ‘*project*’ designation may have been one heck of an understatement.
It’s actually nice to see Mueller really pick up his offense after a super slow first half of the season.
