    Sucks Edmonton ruined the lottery. Objectively Canucks deserve a top 2 pick yet are most likely picking 3rd overall. Canucks luck has us always picking 1 slot out of a higher tier.

    I have been disappointed too many times that I am just going in expecting 3rd OA so I won’t be disappointed. At thsi point, lottery draft position drop doesn’t hurt me emotionally anymore. I see it as we hold the 3rd OA pick with a 45% chance to move up 1 or 2 spots.

    I am “okay” with Verhoeff as he is going to be an absolute stud. What we can not afford is to start winning games and fall outside the top 3.
